Quite possibly the WORST customer service of any brand I’ve ever dealt with… not sure a customer service department even exists for this company… bought a ring from them, wore it about 5 times and a stone fell out of it.. cannot get onto anyone to rectify it. Have also bought two more of the same ring as gifts but too scared to give them now for fear of there’s loosing stones too
