You can pre-order crowd favourites and best sellers that are currently sold out on our site. The estimated delivery time frame for any pre-order items will be stated on individual product page.

If your order contains any pre-order items, it will only be shipped out when the pre-order item is ready. So make sure to put in a seperate order if there are any items you need urgently.

At GLACIER MIST, returns or exchanges are allowed in certain circumstances. Products must be unworn, and in their original condition and packaging. 

Earrings are strictly not eligible for an exchange or store credit due to hygiene purposes.

Additional non-returnable or non-exchangeable items includes: 
- Change of mind, AFTERPAY purchases, Sale items, Engrave items and Custom orders

Please note that Glacier Mist warranty shall not apply to any defect, failure or breakage damage caused by improper use, improper or inadequate maintenance and care. General wear and tear, misuse, tarnishing and gemstones loss are not covered under the warranty.

All refunds and exchanges are subject to our refund and exchange policy having been met.

The below steps that will guide you through the process for returning the items at GLACIER MIST;

Step 1: Kindly contact our Customer Service within 7 days of receiving your order.

Step 2: Ship the items back to GLACIER MIST’s provided address using a trackable shipping service of your choice.

*Tracking service is a must as GLACIER MIST is not responsible for any lost return packages.

Step 3: Email us the tracking number. 

Step 4: Your refund will be accessed by our team.

Step 5: If your refund is approved, it will be processed via your original payment method, product exchange or store credit. This will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned items. 

Note: For items that were purchased from GLACIER MIST pop-up/market stores, kindly contact us with your original receipt and products in its original condition within 14 days.

Yes, you must first be in touch with us via email, prior to sending the parcel(s) back to GLACIER MIST in order for us to process your return request accurately.

Once your order arrives back at GLACIER MIST, it may take up to 14 business days for your refund or exchange to be processed and verified. We will be in touch via email.

Our jewels are made from sterling silver with 14ct Rose Gold and Yellow Gold vermeil unless otherwise stated.

Each item is handcrafted in our Melbourne-based studio. There will be slight variation in craftsmanship. Please allow modest inconsistencies of hue, dimensions and finishing as a lot of natural materials are frequently used in our designs. They all have their own individual allure.
