At GLACIER MIST, returns or exchanges are allowed in certain circumstances. Products must be unworn, and in their original condition and packaging.
Earrings are strictly not eligible for an exchange or store credit due to hygiene purposes.
Additional non-returnable or non-exchangeable items includes: - Change of mind, AFTERPAY purchases, Sale items, Engrave items and Custom orders
Please note that Glacier Mistwarrantyshall not apply to any defect, failure or breakage damage caused by improper use, improper or inadequate maintenance and care. General wear and tear, misuse, tarnishing and gemstones loss are not covered under the warranty.
All refunds and exchanges are subject to our refund and exchange policy having been met.

Step 1: Kindly contact our Customer Service within 7 days of receiving your order.
Step 2: Ship the items back to GLACIER MIST’s provided address using a trackable shipping service of your choice.
*Tracking service is a must as GLACIER MIST is not responsible for any lost return packages.
Step 5: If your refund is approved, it will be processed via your original payment method, product exchange or store credit. This will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned items.
Note: For items that were purchased from GLACIER MIST pop-up/market stores, kindly contactus with your original receipt and products in its original condition within 14 days.
Yes, you must first be in touch with us via email, prior to sending the parcel(s) back to GLACIER MIST in order for us to process your return request accurately.
Once your order arrives back at GLACIER MIST, it may take up to 14 business days for your refund or exchange to be processed and verified. We will be in touch via email.
Please note if you paid for shipping at the time of your original order, you will not be credited the cost of shipping when we receive your return.
Delivery costs will be excluded from the refund/exchange unless goods are returned in accordance with your statutory rights (e.g. they are faulty)
Our jewels are made from sterling silver with 14ct Rose Gold and Yellow Gold vermeil unless otherwise stated.
Each item is handcrafted in our Melbourne-based studio. There will be slight variation in craftsmanship. Please allow modest inconsistencies of hue, dimensions and finishing as a lot of natural materials are frequently used in our designs. They all have their own individual allure.

We strongly recommend to keep your jewellery away from perspiration, perfume, highly acidic formula skincare and comestic. This is essentially important for gold-vermeil/rose gold vermeil pieces which are more prone to oxidation and tarnishing if not cared properly.
Be sure to remove your jewellery before showering, sleeping, exercising, swimming or engaging in any other activity that is subject to friction or contact with moisture.
If you must, try to only wear the jewellery 15 minute after you have done your skincare routine and putting on perfume to minimise the contact with chemical.
Always keep your jewellery in your original GLACIER MIST jewellery box/pouch (and keep it in a cool, dry spot) to maintain sparkle and prolong shine. Keep them away from window, heater, air conditioner or in the bathroom.
If you need to clean your jewellery, only use a non-abrasive cotton or microfiber cloth.
