We aim to dispatch orders within 48 hours for purchases made on weekdays. Purchases made on weekends and public holidays are processed the next business day.

We always endeavour to do our best to make sure our pieces get to you in a timely and safe manner. However, the times below are estimates provided by Australia Post and we cannot be responsible for any delays caused by Australia Post and for items that are lost by them in transit.

If you have pre-ordered item/s within your order, the whole order will be placed on hold and shipped altogether when the item/s are back in stock (within the timeframe stated on the pre-order product page). 

Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes, local duties and taxes, and items that are lost in transit.

*Due to the cancellation of an increasing number of international flights and country specific lockdowns, overseas transit times may be delayed by up to seven days.

Orders shipping to destinations outside Australia may be subjected to import taxes, customs/duties and fees levied by the destination country. Glacier Mist is not responsible for the payment of these taxes/duties/fees and it is up to the recipient to ensure that they comply with their local custom policies.

 

 

GLACIER MIST has no control over these charges and are unable to advise you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, to confirm your local tax and duty fees.

 



 

As the recipient, you are responsible for any subsequent costs incurred for parcels returned to our warehouse due to attempted deliveries, insufficient/incorrect delivery information or failure to retrieve parcels from delivery centres. Standard shipping fees (please refer to the table above) will be incurred for all parcels re-sent from our warehouse.

 

 

If your package is returned to us for any reason, you will be responsible for paying for the package to be sent out again.

 

 

GLACIER MIST is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
