As the COVID-19 situation evolves, GLACIER MIST will continue to adjust its practices. When new information comes to light, we will prioritize quick and appropriate measures to ensure the safety of our employees and customers, as well as the timely delivery of customer orders.
During this difficult period, some couriers and post offices have suspended services to select countries and territories. Due to these circumstances, GLACIER MIST will only ship to countries or territories that still offer delivery arrangements.
According to GLACIER MIST's shipping data from October, Express shipments may be delayed an average of 2-3 week. Standard shipments to most countries or territories may experience delays averaging 4-6 weeks. We are currently working with couriers to find a way to deliver shipments in a timelier manner.
We aim to dispatch your orders within 3 business days of your purchase.

If you have pre-ordered item/s within your order, the whole order will be placed on hold and shipped altogether when the item/s are back in stock (within the timeframe stated on the pre-order product page).
Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes, local duties and taxes, and items that are lost in transit.
We always endeavour to do our best to make sure our pieces get to you in a timely and safe manner. However, the times below are estimates provided by Australia Post and we cannot be responsible for any delays caused by Australia Post and for items that are lost by them in transit.
For Australian orders, we ship with Australia Post’s eParcel service.

Orders shipping to destinations outside Australia may be subjected to import taxes, customs/duties and fees levied by the destination country. Glacier Mist is not responsible for the payment of these taxes/duties/fees and it is up to the recipient to ensure that they comply with their local custom policies.
This will vary depending on the country, value of the order as custom policies and import duties all defer slightly. We suggest you to contact your local custom office to confirm the latest charges, tax and duty fees before you order.
As the recipient, you will be responsible for any follow up costs incurred for parcls to be re-send due to attempted deliveries and/or insufficient/incorrect delivery information are provided. For shipping fee please refer to the table above.

GLACIER MIST is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
