Shipping of Mixed Orders
Orders containing pre‑order items will be dispatched once all pieces are available. For a seamless experience, we recommend placing separate orders if you wish to receive ready‑made items sooner.
When an order includes items across multiple categories, they will be shipped together once the full processing cycle is complete.

Important Notice for Our U.S. Clients
Beginning August 29, 2025, the United States will suspend the $800 de minimis rule.
This change means that all shipments to the U.S. — regardless of value — will now be subject to duties and taxes. These fees are determined solely at the discretion of U.S. customs authorities and remain outside of our control.
We kindly ask our valued American clients to be mindful of this update when placing orders, as applicable duties and taxes will be assessed individually by the government.
At present, DHL shipping is temporarily unavailable for orders bound for the United States due to newly introduced tariff regulations.

Order & Processing
Your purchase deserves seamless delivery. If you need to adjust your address or order details, kindly contact our team member via email, quoting your #GM order number.
We recommend reviewing your shipping and billing information carefully at checkout. To preserve the integrity of your delivery, parcels returned due to incorrect details cannot be resent without applicable fees.
Domestic Orders
- Once tracking has been issued, a $12 return‑to‑sender fee plus $5 re‑postage will be required.
International Orders
- For security and precision, international shipments cannot be rerouted once dispatched.
In the event that your order is returned to us by the courier, our team will reach out to you via email to gracefully arrange the next steps. You will be presented with two refined options:
- Resend your order – We will dispatch your parcel once the return‑to‑sender fee and the applicable shipping cost have been settled.
- Return for a credit or refund – Should you prefer not to have your order resent, it will be treated as a change‑of‑mind return. In this case, you may select:
- A store credit for 100% of the order value, or
- A refund (within 14 days of delivery), less a modest $5 restocking fee.
Return to Sender Fees
- Domestic (Australia): $9
- NZ, US, UK: $18
- The rest of the world: $25

For reasons of health and safety, we are unable to accept returns on pierced earring jewelry. Kindly note that return postage will remain the responsibility of the purchaser.*
