We offer a 14‑day return period on all full‑price merchandise, beginning the day your order is delivered.

• Items must be pristine, unworn, and presented in their original packaging.
• We do not offer exchanges. Returned items will be credited or refunded automatically. To secure a different size, colour, or style, please place a new order.
• For hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale and cannot be returned.
• Sale items, including sample sale pieces, are final and not eligible for return or refund.
• Purchases made with discount codes (excluding the welcome code) are eligible for credit or exchange only.
• Postage costs are the responsibility of the client. We recommend registered or trackable shipping to safeguard your parcel.
• Custom‑made pieces — including engraved jewellery, stamped tags, solid gold made‑to‑order, and bespoke designs — are not eligible for return.
• Ancillary products such as extension chains, gift wrap, polishing cloths, and aftercare spray are non‑returnable.
• Pre‑orders and custom products cannot be cancelled once placed.
  Approved returns must be dispatched within 7 days of approval.
• Only one promotion may be applied per order. Promo codes cannot be combined with gift‑with‑purchase offers unless specified.

Restocking Fee (Refunds): A $4.95 fee applies to returns refunded to the original payment method. No fee applies to exchanges or store credits.
Return to Seller Fee: A $9 charge applies to all returns sent back to us. This fee supports the careful inspection, processing, and restocking of each piece, ensuring it re‑enters our collection in impeccable condition.

We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet these conditions.
